Our Story
Patrick Marzuk - Chief Executive Officer
Patrick brings more than two decades of hands-on construction experience to Rift Construction. Beginning his career in 2003 as a carpenter, he steadily grew through roles in Supervision, Estimating, Project Management, and ultimately as Business Unit Director before launching his own Brooklyn-based General Contracting firm. Patrick has led complex projects across retail, residential, education, healthcare, and corporate interiors, earning a reputation for craftsmanship, calm leadership, and an exceptional eye for detail. Rift Construction specializes in challenging, meticulously planned projects where precision, coordination, and client service matter most—delivering work rooted in experience, accountability, and a true passion for craftsmanship. Patrick resides in Brooklyn with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, running, yoga, and attending live music events.
Tony Inglis - Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Tony has built his career around solving complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and delivering projects with a focus on quality, accountability, and thoughtful execution. Tony’s path in construction began during his college summers, where an early passion for building and design quickly developed into a career. He went on to help grow a small design-build firm specializing in high-end residential projects throughout Manhattan, gaining valuable experience across all facets of the building process. That foundation led to opportunities with larger, established firms, where he further developed his expertise while overseeing increasingly complex projects across the healthcare and education sectors. Known for his attention to detail, understanding of constructability, and collaborative approach, he is passionate about building strong teams, creating effective processes, and working alongside people who share a commitment to delivering thoughtful, successful projects. Tony lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, playing music, and, above all, being a dad.
