105 Duane Street

We completed high end finishes in the Lobby at 105 Duane Street, successfully implementing limestone flooring, new lighting, plumbing and HVAC. Custom bronze screen walls partition the lobby from the seating area and accentuate the 17 foot custom book shelf and paneling finished with stained white oak. Additionally, the corridors, mailroom, elevator & gym received a full renovation.
